It was another exciting night in the Champions League last night...

The all English Quarter Final between Arsenal and Liverpool
finished 1-1. In the other tie Fenerbahce beat Chelsea 2-1. The 2nd
legs of the Quarter Finals take place next Tuesday and Wednesday
night.

Liverpool will take a slight advantage into the 2nd leg of their
Quarter Final tie with Arsenal after scoring an all important away
goal in last night's match. Emmanuel Adebayor had given Arsenal the
lead, but within 3 minutes Liverpool were level thanks to Dirk
Kuyt.

Fenerbahce came from 1 goal down to beat Chelsea in their 1st leg
encounter last night. Chelsea took the lead through an own goal by
Deivid in the 13th minute. Former Sheffield United player Colin
Kazim-Richards drew the home side level just the after the hour
mark. The scores remained level until the 80th minute when Deivid
made up for his mistake by blasting an unstoppable strike past
Carlo Cudicini, to give the hosts a slender lead to take to
Stamford Bridge next week.
